Job Description

What does the Manager Accounts & Finance role involve?

  • Meeting local reporting requirements to the SBP and SECP.
  • Hands on experience in managing payment gateways.
  • Highly efficient in managing reconciliation and coordination with logistics partners and financial partners.
  • Ownership of financial and management reports on business activity, financial position.
  • Owning the accounting function, covering all areas of P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Preparing the monthly KPIs (financial and non-financial) and information.
  • Maintain cashflow forecasts to manage cash balances across multiple entities in Pakistan
  • Preparing and submitting regulatory returns to the relevant authorities for eachentity
  • Be the lead on external audit including preparation of statutory accounts to IFRS.
  • Running day-to-day accounting process in QuickBooks.
  • Management and reconciliation of large data sets including client moneyactivity.
  • Bring insight to revenue growth, margin management and commercial aspects of the business
  • Handling key supplier relationships and payments management across entities
  • Continuously look for process improvement and aim to automate as much of the accounting, finance.
  • Implementing best practices for controls, processes and efficiency improvements. We must be a highly scalable business as a startup.

  • Strong hands on experience working within the Pakistan FinTech / Payments / Banking domain
  • You can demonstrate your seniority in the organization, leading by example and setting the pace.
  • Ability to work fast and under pressure across multiple projects at once, priorities and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • You understand the importance and need of strong internal controls.
  • You can create an environment to be audit ready across multiple businesses

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness to solve problems.
  • The ability to interact with external customers and suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • It would be highly desirable if applicants had Venture-Backed/Private Equity company experience, along with experience of building a finance function in a startup high-growth environment.
  • Analytical data driven mindset with a strong focus on detail.
  • Experience working in a B2C / B2B payments business or a regulatory environment is highly desirable.

What is the toolkit the desired candidate will have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA inter /ACCA with 4+ years post qualification experience with a good knowledge of financial and management accounting.
  • Experience implementing QuickBooks accounting software and its ecosystems of platforms.
  • Can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to work across departments and offices, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to manipulate and handle large data sets.

Job Description

We are looking for lead generator for our Lahore based office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify ideal prospects based on ideal customers based on location, type of business, size of business, industry, etc.
  • Strategically identify new prospects using LinkedIn, Google Research, provided prospects lists, etc
  • Develop new business via phone and email communication
  • Provide market research insights relevant to product development and pricing.
  • Provide competitor insights.
  • Identify/recommend opportunities to optimize products and service offerings.
  • Follow up on leads
  • Move opportunities through the sales funnel by cultivating prospect relationships through initiating communications and providing follow-up communications.
  • Work with the BDD to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within a CRM, logging all communications and providing accurate documentation and information

Must-Have:

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree
