- Responsible for the achievement of assigned monthly recovery targets through effective field visits and Calling techniques·
- Conduct Calls/Visits for the recovery over the allocated pool according to the SBP Fair Debt Collections guidelines.·
- Maintain office decorum and punctuality and neatness of self and department.
- To extend field support for improving the resolution of collection buckets (as per requirement) and minimizing the NPL provisions to meet the set organizational goals.·
- Ensure that all the customer’s queries/complaints which have been raised during the calls and visits, are properly resolved and should be highlighted to the next level
- Maintaining a good relationship between the bank and the clients by resolving clients’ queries which would assist the collection process.
- Undertake regular and frequent calls, and follow-ups to implement remedial strategies and action plans agreed upon with Team Lead
- Ensure timely handing over (physically/surface mail) of recovery letters/notices to all defaulting customers as per set frequencies
- Regular Portfolio performance review and proactive collection perusal through desk reviews & field follow-ups ensuring key portfolio and collection indicators are within the assigned benchmarks.
- Meet internal service standards and ensure no service-related complaints are received from customers.
- Address customer complaints in line with KMBL complaint handling & SBP FTC guidelines
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum Graduation however preferably a Master’s degree from HEC recognized /Overseas University, in business administration/banking & finance/commerce/accounting/agriculture or economics.
- Minimum 1.5 + years of experience with a financial institution in credit/collections operations or retail environment.
- Exposure to retail/consumer finance will be an additional advantage
- Candidates have their own motorbike with a valid driving license.
- Strong follow-up & negotiation skills.
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for collection and recovery.
- Adaptability/flexibility in fieldwork, relocation, and extended working hours.
